Join us for a ceremonial scared cacao journey with our dear brother Alejandro. He was born in Costa Rica. His native roots are the Bagatzí that comes from a mixture of clans from the north and central america. Years after living in the capital city Alejandro started to look for answers related to his life purpose.
Today he has the opportunity to share from his experiences and the teachings of elders. We will be connecting to the sacred fire and the heart-opening medicine of cacao.

Cacao represents blood which means the connection with our ancestors.
The cacao we’re going to be using is 100% cacao paste, coming from an area of talamanca where the indigenous people bribris are located.

The preparation of cacao will be specifically done for the group meaning that it will be in a specific amount of water cacao and other plants into the mixture and everyone will receive an specific amount for the work the person is doing.
In the cacao ceremony we will have Icaros that are chants that provide information into our unconscious they are like sacred geometry and codes that open for us to receive healing and new awareness.

Ceremonial cacao is believed to offer several benefits, including:
1.Enhanced mood and focus: Cacao contains compounds like theobromine and phenylethylamine, which may promote feelings of happiness, focus, and relaxation.
2.Heart health: The flavonoids in cacao may help improve cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow.
3.Antioxidant properties: Cacao is rich in antioxidants, which can help neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress in the body.
4.Spiritual connection: Many cultures use ceremonial cacao in spiritual rituals and ceremonies to facilitate introspection, meditation, and emotional healing.
5.Nutritional content: Cacao is a good source of essential minerals like magnesium, iron, and zinc, which are important for overall health and well-being.
6.Energy boost: Cacao contains natural stimulants like theobromine and caffeine, which can provide a gentle energy lift without the jitteriness associated with coffee.
It’s important to note that while ceremonial cacao may offer these potential benefits, individual experiences can vary, and it’s always best to consult with a healthcare professional before adding any new supplement to your routine.
